A80 Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the A80 platform. Using the service means accepting them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and any balance is forfeited.

Accounts

One account per person. The registered name must match the payment wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Multiple accounts operated by one person — or several accounts claiming promotions from a shared IP address — will be closed, and associated bonus funds withdrawn.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Activity carried out through your credentials is treated as your own.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited once confirmed. Withdrawals are paid to the verified wallet registered in the account holder’s name. Identity verification may be requested before a withdrawal is released, particularly for larger amounts.

Bonuses

Every bonus carries a turnover requirement stated at the point of claim. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met. Some game categories contribute partially or not at all toward turnover. Unused bonuses expire after the stated period.

Game results

Games are supplied and operated by third-party providers under their own licences. Results are produced by the provider’s systems. In the event of a malfunction, the provider’s records are definitive and affected rounds may be voided.

Suspension and closure

Accounts may be suspended where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated tools. You may request closure of your own account at any time through support.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Responsible play

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn income. Decide what you can afford to lose before you deposit, and stop when you reach it. Never play with money set aside for rent, food or loan repayments, and never chase a loss by raising your stake — raising the stake does not change the odds, it only increases what you can lose. You must be 21 or older to hold an account. If play stops feeling like a choice, contact support and ask for your account to be suspended.

Playing on mobile

Every game in the catalogue is built in HTML5, so it runs in a mobile browser with nothing to install and no plugin to maintain. Layouts adapt to screen size, so controls stay usable on smaller handsets rather than shrinking to the point of mis-taps.

The mobile app adds two things worth having. It opens faster than a browser session, and it resolves address changes automatically — so if one domain becomes unreachable, the app keeps working while a browser bookmark would not. Android users install via the APK file; iOS users add the site to the home screen from Safari, which produces the same one-tap launch.

Live casino is the one section that genuinely benefits from a better connection, because it carries video rather than game logic. Wi-Fi or a strong 4G signal is recommended there; slots and lottery are comfortable on a weaker link.

Online gaming in the Myanmar market

Myanmar players approach online platforms with a specific set of constraints, and the ones that work locally are the ones that address them rather than assuming a Western setup.

The first is payment. Card penetration is low, and international cards are impractical for most players. Mobile wallets fill that gap: KBZPay through its bank linkage, WavePay through a physical agent network that reaches areas where bank branches do not. A platform that cannot accept both is inaccessible to a large share of the market regardless of how good its games are.

The second is currency. Pricing in dollars forces a conversion at both ends and makes every stake require mental arithmetic before it can be judged.

The third is format familiarity. The 2D and 3D numbers formats are already part of everyday play here, so their presence alongside international slot and live-casino content is what makes a catalogue feel complete rather than imported.

The fourth is language. Payment disputes are where a language barrier turns into real money, which is why round-the-clock Myanmar-language support is a functional requirement rather than a courtesy.

Why players choose A80

Breadth of catalogue. With over 6,000 titles spanning slots, live tables, fishing arcades, cockfighting, lottery and sports, a single account covers every category rather than forcing separate logins and separate balances.

Kyat end to end. Deposits, play and withdrawals all settle in kyat. There is no conversion step, which removes the exchange spread that quietly erodes balances on platforms priced in dollars.

Local payment rails. KBZPay suits players with a bank account; WavePay reaches those who rely on agent shops. Between them they cover most of the market without requiring a card.

Support in Myanmar language. Payment disputes are where language barriers cost real money. Support is staffed 24 hours in both Myanmar and English.

Mobile-first delivery. Every title is HTML5 and opens in a browser. The app exists for speed and for resilience when a domain is blocked, not because the browser version is limited.

Account security

Most compromised gaming accounts are not breached at the platform — they are lost through reused passwords and convincing fake sites. A few habits remove almost all of that risk.

  1. Use a unique password. Mix letters, numbers and symbols, and avoid birthdays or phone numbers. Above all, do not reuse a password from another site — if that site is breached, your gaming balance is exposed with it.
  2. Check the domain every time. Cloned sites copy the design and logo exactly. The address bar is the one thing they cannot fake. Confirm the current address on the official website page.
  3. Keep your phone number current. It is the recovery route for your password. If you change SIM, update both the wallet and the gaming account.
  4. Sign out on shared devices and avoid saving credentials in a browser you do not control.

Support will never ask for your password or wallet PIN. Any message requesting either is fraudulent, however official it looks. Stop and verify through a channel listed on the contact page.

About the A80 platform

A80 operates as an aggregator rather than a game developer. More than 6,000 titles are drawn from over 40 licensed studios — JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JDB, FA CHAI, CQ9, Spadegaming, BNG, Live22 and KA Gaming among them — and presented through a single account and a single wallet balance.

This structure matters for a practical reason. Each studio runs its titles on its own servers under its own licence, and the random number generation that decides outcomes sits with the provider. The platform routes your stake and receives the result; it cannot reach into a game and alter what happens. When people ask whether an operator can “tighten” a slot, this is the architectural answer: not without the provider’s involvement, and providers are audited against that exact risk.

For Myanmar players the local layer is what distinguishes the service: settlement in kyat through KBZPay and WavePay, Myanmar-language support staffed around the clock, and the 2D and 3D numbers formats that already form part of local play.

Deposits and withdrawals

Two wallets cover the large majority of Myanmar players, and both settle directly in kyat.

Method Characteristic Service charge
KBZPay Linked to a KBZ bank account Absorbed by the platform
WavePay Wide agent-shop network Paid by the sender

Deposits usually clear within minutes. Full walkthroughs are on the deposit and withdrawal pages.

The single most important rule: the name on your wallet must match the name on your gaming account. A mismatch passes at deposit and fails at withdrawal, which is why it catches so many people out.

How your information is handled

Operating an account requires a limited set of personal data: the name and phone number given at registration, the transaction records that accompany deposits and withdrawals, gameplay history, and technical details such as IP address and device type.

Each of those exists for a functional reason. The name supports the wallet matching that protects payouts. The phone number is the password recovery route. Transaction records are what allow a disputed deposit to be traced. IP and device data is how multiple-account abuse is detected — the same mechanism that keeps bonus terms enforceable for everyone else.

Data is shared with game providers only to the extent needed to launch and settle a round, and with payment partners to move funds. Retention continues while an account is active and for the period afterwards required for dispute resolution.

You can request a copy of what is held, ask for corrections, or request closure through support. Some records must persist after closure where a legal obligation applies — that limitation is normal and applies to any regulated payment service.

Getting a faster resolution

Support queries resolve in one exchange or several depending almost entirely on what is included in the first message.

Payment issues. Include the transaction ID from your wallet receipt, the exact amount, and the time of transfer. Without the transaction ID the request cannot be traced, and that single missing field is the usual reason a deposit query takes hours instead of minutes.

Withdrawal queries. Quote the withdrawal reference and confirm the wallet name matches your account name. If a bonus is active, check the remaining turnover first — that resolves a large share of “withdrawal not working” reports before support is involved.

Access problems. State the device, the browser or app version, and whether you are on mobile data or Wi-Fi. A domain block and a password failure look identical from the user’s side but need opposite fixes.

Screenshots help in every category, but never include your password in one, and never send a screenshot of your wallet PIN entry screen.
