A80 Copyright and Takedown Policy
Use the contact process below to report a copyright concern about material on this website.
What to include in a notice
- The copyright owner’s name and contact details, or details of the person authorised to act for them.
- A description of the work concerned.
- The exact page or file URL containing the material.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
Review process
Send the notice through the contact page. The site reviews the identified material and may request more evidence. Where a notice is substantiated, the material may be removed or changed and the sender informed of the outcome.
Counter-notices
If you believe your material was removed in error, provide the former URL, the reasons you dispute the removal, your name and contact details, and confirmation that your account of the issue is accurate.
Repeat infringement and unsupported complaints
Repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions or closure. A useful report identifies the material, the rights involved and the basis of the complaint. A general allegation or a complaint about material you do not own may not provide enough information for action.
Game artwork and trademarks
Game names, images and provider logos belong to their respective owners. They appear to identify and explain games; their appearance alone does not imply an affiliation. Rights holders requesting removal should identify the game or asset and its exact page URL.
Editorial material
The site’s written guides, tables and calculation examples are maintained by the A80 editorial team. If referring to them elsewhere, link to the original page.
Record keeping
The site retains records of notices, review steps and removals to handle follow-up questions and identify repeated reports. See the legal information and terms for related policies.
