A80 Slots: Pragmatic Play 1000 Editions and Seven Multiplier Slots Compared

A80’s Pragmatic Play slot section carries both the original game and the “1000” edition of three series: Gates of Olympus, Starlight Princess and Sugar Rush. The play pattern is the same, but the multiplier ceiling and the win cap change, so the same kyat budget behaves differently on each version.

What does the 1000 edition change?

According to Pragmatic Play’s own game pages and release notes, the 1000 editions keep the grid, the tumble mechanic and the free-spins trigger, and raise only the maximum multiplier value: from 500x to 1,000x in Gates of Olympus, and from 128x to 1,024x in Sugar Rush. The win cap rises by roughly three to five times and results become more volatile. The published RTP stays at 96.50% for Gates of Olympus 1000 and Starlight Princess 1000, but falls to 96.00% for Sugar Rush 1000.

Values marked ✱ are not stated on the studio’s game page; they are the figures independent game databases report consistently. A maximum multiplier is the top of the range a single symbol can take, not a per-spin expectation, and a win cap is a ceiling reached only rarely.

Two multiplier systems

Orb multipliers are added together

In the Gates of Olympus, Starlight Princess and Sweet Bonanza families, multiplier symbols land at random and their values are added at the end of a tumble sequence, then applied to that sequence’s win. In free spins, Gates of Olympus and Starlight Princess carry winning orb values into a running total multiplier for the rest of the feature.

Spot multipliers double

Sugar Rush 1000 is a 7×7 cluster game. A position where a winning symbol explodes is marked; a second explosion there adds a 2x multiplier, which doubles with each further hit up to 1,024x (the original stops at 128x). In free spins, marked spots and multipliers stay until the feature ends. Three to seven scatters award 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 free spins.

Super Scatter pays at the trigger

Gates of Olympus Super Scatter keeps orbs at 500x. Pragmatic Play states that one to four Super Scatters on the triggering spin pay 100x, 500x, 5,000x or 50,000x the bet instantly. Its 50,000x cap comes from those scatters, not from a larger multiplier.

Worked examples in kyat

With a 500-kyat stake, suppose a Gates of Olympus 1000 tumble sequence pays 1,500 kyat in symbol wins and two orbs of 10x and 25x land. The orbs add to 35x, so the win is 1,500 × 35 = 52,500 kyat. With a 40x running total already in free spins, the same spin becomes 75x and pays 112,500 kyat.

At 200 kyat per spin, 500 spins turn over 100,000 kyat. Theoretical average cost is 3,500 kyat at 96.50% RTP, 3,520 kyat at 96.48% and 4,000 kyat at 96.00%. Session results can differ widely from these averages.

Pragmatic Play lists a 100x bonus buy for Gates of Olympus 1000: at 200 kyat per spin that is 20,000 kyat, so a 50,000-kyat budget covers two buys. Deposit methods and minimums are listed on the deposit page.

Sources

RTP, grid, multiplier ranges, free-spin counts and bonus-buy price were checked on Pragmatic Play’s official game pages on 25 September 2026. The Gates of Olympus 1000 (15,000x) and Sugar Rush 1000 (25,000x) caps come from the studio’s release announcements of December 2023 and March 2024. Always confirm the RTP shown in the game’s own info screen, because studios offer several RTP settings. This page contains no play-test records; every kyat figure is calculated from the numbers above.

Responsible play — every spin is decided independently by the RNG. A larger multiplier or a “1000” label does not raise your chance of winning. Set a loss limit and stop when you reach it. 21+ only.

Frequently asked questions

Does Gates of Olympus 1000 pay back more than the original?
No. Pragmatic Play lists 96.50% RTP for both. The 1000 edition raises the orb ceiling to 1,000x and the cap to 15,000x, shifting return towards rare large wins.
Are two orb multipliers multiplied or added?
Added. 10x and 25x make 35x, applied to the whole tumble sequence win.
Why is Sugar Rush 1000’s RTP lower?
Pragmatic Play lists 96.00%, half a point below the original’s 96.50%. That is about 500 kyat more theoretical cost per 100,000 kyat turned over.
Is Super Scatter part of the 1000 series?
No. It keeps 500x orbs and adds instant prizes of 100x to 50,000x for one to four Super Scatters on the trigger.
Where do I check a game’s RTP on A80?
Open the game and read its info or paytable screen, which shows the setting currently running.

In short, “1000” signals a higher ceiling and rougher swings, not a better-paying game. All seven titles open in A80‘s Pragmatic Play lobby in kyat.
